Chris Leavitt has 25 years of wide ranging experience in the Human Resource Field as a Career Transition Advisor, Executive Coach, and Training Consultant. She has worked with many Fortune 500 companies. Her list of clients includes: The Savings Bank of Utica,

The Bank of New England, The Royal Bank of Canada, Bausch & Lomb, Eastman Kodak Co., Mobil Chemical Co., Taylor Instruments Co, Xerox Corp.,  Lee Hecht Harrison Inc., The Buffalo Bills, Goodrich and Sherwood, The Career Resource Center, Newport Telephone, The Girl Scouts –Foothill Council, Transcat Inc and the FBI.

Chris’ venues also include education, small business and non-profit agencies; executive coaching, training for Cornell University, counseling employees for the City of Rochester, and teaching courses for RIT, Roberts Wesleyan College, and Monroe Community College.  She is the former Vice President of Goodrich & Sherwood, Manager of the Career Resource Center of the Finger Lakes, founder of The Greater Rochester Unemployed Resources Network, co-founder of The Rochester Professional Consultants Network and originator of the Yahoo Networking Group (now known as PeerNet)   

Past activities include: Membership Board Chair for the Rochester Women’s Executive Network,  Secretary and Former Membership Chair of The Rochester Venture Capital Group and founder of the Executive  Network of Greater Rochester.

Chris holds a Master’s degree in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and additional degrees and certifications in education from the University of Rochester and the State University at Geneseo.
