Communication Modeling for Personal and Professional Excellence
Thursday, June 4th 5:30pm
 at Sanibel Cottage!

Come enjoy the celebration as we mark this event with an international speaker, prizes and a great meal in a wonderful setting. The event will feature a presentation on effective communication by Ernest L. Hicks, "Communication Modeling for Personal and Professional Excellence."

Today more than ever, effective management and project execution depends on frequent team and individual interaction. When communication styles differ, individuals may not be correctly understood, rapport is minimized and the interaction is assessed as being less than positive. A key component of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® v2.0 is Requirement Management and Communication.

Mr. Hicks is Manager, Corporate Diversity for Xerox Corporation, where he has thirty five years tenure. His experience includes marketing, sales, quality and human resources. He works with senior managers and has made keynote presentations to NASA, The Simon School, The Wharton School, Harvard University, organizations abroad as well as keynote speaker at the PMI Rochester PDD of 2007, just to name a few. In addition, Mr. Hicks is an active member of his community.

Don't miss this chapter opportunity to network with your peers, enjoy a fine sit-down dinner, listen and learn from a great speaker and your chance to win excellent prizes in our first raffle
