Resiliency is a choice and can be learned. Our ability to deal consciously with our job loss experience can impact our capacity to move forward productively into a new job.

In this workshop you will learn:
•The 3 phases of transition and their impact upon the job loss/job search experience.
•To identify the characteristics of resilient people and assess your own resiliency strengths.
•The 5 levels of resiliency.
•An effective problem-solving process that can be applied to any component of the job search experience.
•To create an action plan with new options relative to your own unique job-search process.

Pre-registration for this free workshop is required. Please register either in the Business/Social Sciences Division on the 4th floor of the Central Library, by phone at 428-8130, or online at www3.libraryweb.org/events.aspx. Scroll
