Resiliency is a choice and can be learned. Our ability to deal consciously with our job loss experience can impact our capacity to move forward productively into a new job.
In this workshop you will learn:
•The 3 phases of transition and their impact upon the job loss/job search experience.
•To identify the characteristics of resilient people and assess your own resiliency strengths.
•The 5 levels of resiliency.
•An effective problem-solving process that can be applied to any component of the job search experience.
•To create an action plan with new options relative to your own unique job-search process.
