Digital Rochester's Women in Technology Leadership Series concludes this Thursday, 2/24. The final session of the three-part series will speak on women's perspectives in leadership with an emphasis on strategies and behaviors that call people to action. Guest speaker Daphne Bruce, Assistant Professor of Business at Roberts Wesleyan College's Division of Adult Professional Studies, will provide insight into the topics of self-awareness and mobilizing followers. Learn how to empower, embolden and sustain your team.  Topics will include tools to guide you through the tough conversations and effectively deal with conflict.
