The August Group is a volunteer organization committed to retain local talent in the Greater Rochester area by facilitating career and business networking for professionals, both employed and those seeking new or different employment. ​

Our mission is to assist professionals in their efforts to broaden their contacts and improve interpersonal skills while honing effective job seeking and networking techniques. ​
